Cobol Communication Private Limited, incorporated in Kolkata, having registered office at 16 Netaji Subhash Road, 4th Floor, Kolkata, west Bengal, India -700001 to carry on the business of broadcasting, telecasting, relaying, transmitting or distributing in any manner in lndia or abroad and acquire rights for broadcasting, transmitting or distributing any live news, events, shows, highlights and other programs.

  2. Pear TV: Non- News & Entertainment Channels, All India Languages
